By creating an account or using ZelX, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use ZelX on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that pose security or abuse risks.

You agree not to:

• Use ZelX for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Upload malware, scrape the service without permission, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Harass other users or post content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation with an employer or institution.
• Circumvent usage limits, billing, or security controls.

You retain ownership of resumes, profiles, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve ZelX features you use.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and that you have rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Mock interviews, resume suggestions, career roadmaps, and similar AI features provide guidance only. They are not professional legal, financial, or employment advice. You should verify important decisions independently.

AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for hiring, academic, or compliance decisions.

Paid plans, credits, and organization features are described during checkout or in direct sales documentation. Fees, billing cycles, and refunds follow the plan selected at purchase and any additional terms presented at checkout.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

ZelX may include links to third-party sites, integrations, and advertising served through partners such as Google AdSense. Those services are subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party content or practices outside our control.

ZelX software, branding, documentation, and design are owned by Xynnity Technologies or its licensors. Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

ZelX is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xynnity Technologies and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of ZelX.

Our total liability for claims relating to ZelX in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us for the service in that period or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xynnity Technologies from claims arising out of your misuse of ZelX, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using ZelX at any time. We may discontinue features or the service with notice where practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
