ZelX AI Interview Preparation Checklist
Configure role-based mock interviews in ZelX, practice by voice or text, and use PDF reports to improve before real screens.
Before you start: profile and role setup
Sign in to ZelX and open AI Interview from your sidebar. Add skills from your profile or resume so question generation matches what you claim in applications.
Search for your target job role in the session setup, choose Easy, Medium, or Hard difficulty, set question count, and pick voice mode (with speech recognition) or text mode for quiet practice. Review AI credit cost before starting.
During the session
Follow the step flow: Configuration → Interview → Report. Answer one question at a time; for behavioral prompts, use a clear structure (situation, action, result). For technical prompts, state your approach before details.
Optional camera and focus signals help you practice delivery—not employer surveillance in practice mode. You control when camera features are enabled.
After the session: reports and next steps
Open the session report for per-skill scores, recommendations, and optional recording playback. Download the PDF to share with a mentor or placement cell.
Note two strengths and two gaps, then schedule another session within a few days. Interview History lets you compare scores over time for the same role and skill set.
Connect interviews to AI Coach
Weak areas from mock interviews feed AI Coach priorities when you generate a 6-month roadmap. This closes the loop: practice → measure → plan → update resume and profile skills.
