Use ZelX profile data, LXT templates, and tabbed sections to create a fresher resume recruiters and ATS tools can read.

Start from your ZelX profile, not a blank document

In ZelX, your Professional Profile stores skills, education, experience, projects, and certifications once. When you open Resume Builder from the Resume page, that data pre-fills your template so you are not re-typing the same details for every version.

Complete Profile Completion steps first. A stronger profile gives better AI writing suggestions and cleaner exports when you switch between LXT layouts.

Pick an LXT template and use tabbed sections

ZelX Resume Builder uses LXT template families designed for parser-friendly headings and spacing. Choose a layout that fits your target role, then edit sections through tabs: Personal, Portfolio, Experience, Skills, Certifications, and more.

Use the Order panel to drag sections—including left and right columns on two-column templates. Live preview updates as you type so you see exactly what will appear in your PDF.

Add portfolio links and role-relevant keywords

The Portfolio tab lets you attach GitHub, live demos, or project URLs directly on the resume. For each Experience or Project entry, mention tools you actually used (for example Angular, REST APIs, SQL) when they match your target job description.

ZelX AI assist can refine bullets using skills already on your profile. Review every suggestion before export—accuracy matters more than keyword volume for both ATS and human reviewers.

Export and reuse across ZelX

Download a multi-page ATS-oriented PDF when you are ready to apply. Resume history keeps past versions so you can tailor layouts without losing content.

The same resume data powers Opportunities applications and your public profile story. Updating your profile once keeps interview practice and applications aligned.
